Check out this gnarly group of Wicked runners! Lots of fun was had last night at the Woods. For some it was a good chance to get a final hill work out in before heading up to NH to run the Mt. Washington Road Race. For others, running Lynn Woods is just way to much fun! But if you don’t believe me, come by next Wednesday at 6:30pm. I’m confused….I thought you actually ran in the woods??? All I see is a lot of pavement!
I’ll have to take some pictures of people running on the trails. When you come out of the woods they have a long paved drive way if you will. Believe me that’s that only pavement one will see
Great piece, Tim. As one who ran, I can attest that, indeed, it was 8 miles of trails and woods. Hopefully the esteemed Attorney Gertz can join us sometime soon.
Yes, lots of hills, dirt, loose rocks, hills, sticks, single track, hills, some pavement at the beginning and the end. For those who have not yet ventured into the woods, please come join us.
